El Baile
Farr 92

A dear childhood friend advised and convinced me to take the witness that his generous captain offered me, and to spend the summer touring unusual places in the Mediterranean.

For almost two months we shared countless enriching and satisfying experiences.
As the miles passed, both the crew and the shipowners formed a big family united in a magical adventure.
Reflected with a seaworthy attitude in the determination and knowledge against the setbacks of the sea.

The turquoise waters of the Archipelago of La Magdalena delighted us with days of beach and snorkelling that remain alive in our memories.

When the low pressures of autumn arrived, we ended a long season by wintering the boat for the following summer.
In Christmas, with the approval of the shipowner, I got off El Baile to embark on board an intrepid expedition to Eritrea.

She is a racer/cruiser I had the pleasure to captain.
Three crew on board were always ready for the owner, family and guests.
During this time I was in charge of the navigation and the engineering of the yacht.

A warm stay with those close to us in Barcelona enlivened the extensive days of preparation and adaptation to the vessel.

Enchanting walks through the souks of the Amalfi Coast predict delicious dinners in places full of charm.

During the rest of the summer breezes, we sail the Balearic coast. More friends joined the adventure sharing life at sea and playing friendly regattas.
I have great admiration and love for the shipowner family.
From the first moment, they captivated me with their charm and simplicity, making working with them great pleasure.
I hope you continue enjoying the sea and sailing.
